Norms:

- The personal data collected through the registration to this Contest, will be filed in a card index whose holder is the Arjau Private Foundation , and dealt with the exclusive purpose to negotiate the participation of its holder in the Arjau Contest of Musical Interpretation. The holder will be able to exercise the rights of access, opposition, correction and cancellation according to the law, by means of communication written to the Arjau Private Foundation, with direction in Balmes, 92, ppal, 08008 Barcelona.

- The participant or, if necessary, the ones under age with its legal representative, give in a free form his image, sound and voice to the Arjau Foundation with purpose to develop any activity directed to the diffusion of the Contest and of the Arjau Foundation, among which should be devised subsequent pamphlets and graphic reports of the Contest.
